Delete on the Web
This permanently deletes your Astro OS mobile app account and the data listed below. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription.
Delete in the App
- Open the Astro OS app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password and tap Permanently Delete.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account: username, email address and password
- Your profile: name, date, time and place of birth, and life goals
- Every question you have asked and the readings generated for them
- Your daily readings
- Your subscription status in our records
