This policy covers the two paid options on the Astro OS website (astro-os.co), operated by Sunday Tech Ventures: a one-time single-reading purchase, and a one-time everything-bundle purchase that additionally unlocks Universal Remedies and the Detailed Reading dossier. Neither option is a subscription — there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Single Reading and Everything Bundle (One-Time Purchases)

Both are one-time charges that unlock their reading content immediately on payment (the detailed dossier included in the everything bundle may take a few minutes to finish generating after purchase). Because the reading is generated and delivered promptly, purchases are final except where the content fails to unlock due to a technical error on our end. See Refund Eligibility below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only where payment was captured but the reading was never delivered, or where you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge). Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of the charge. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a reading has been unlocked and delivered.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
