Sunday Tech Ventures (“Astro OS”, “we”, “us”) operates astro-os.co and the Astro OS mobile app. This policy describes what we collect when you use the website’s Ask the Oracle flow and how it’s used.

Information We Collect

Asking a question requires an account. When you register, we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash). When you set up your profile and submit a question, we collect your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, along with the question itself and any life-focus goals you select. This data is used to generate your reading and to link your readings and purchase history to your account.

How We Use It

Birth data and questions are sent to our reading-generation service to produce your synthesized answer. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used and which channels bring visitors to us. This covers usage events (for example, pages viewed and purchase steps completed) and acquisition metadata such as UTM parameters and the referring website. We do not use session recording or automatic click tracking, and analytics never includes your question, birth data, or payment details.

Data Retention

Records for unpaid, abandoned orders are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Paid reading history is retained on your account so you can revisit past readings for as long as the account exists. If you delete your account, this data is removed.

Your Choices

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. You can also email us at the address below from your account email address to request deletion.
