Digital Delivery

Both the single-reading purchase and the everything-bundle purchase unlock instantly in your browser once payment is confirmed, typically within seconds (the detailed dossier included in the everything bundle may take a few minutes longer to finish generating). There is no shipping address, courier, or physical delivery involved at any point in the purchase flow.

Delivery Issues

If payment is captured but your reading does not unlock, this is treated as a failed delivery, not a shipping delay. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for what to do next.
